- Renamed 03-Characters to 03-Story-Bible with expanded structure
- Added enhanced character templates with YAML frontmatter for metadata
- Created new sections: Locations, Lore, Objects, Relationships, Timeline, Themes
- Added templates for: regions, cities, buildings, historical events, factions
- Added templates for: artifacts, weapons, character relationships
- Added world rules document for magic/technology/society tracking
