Give Misc Scenes a stub file so it actually shows in the file panel

The panel infers folders from markdown file paths; a folder with only a .gitkeep never gets a row. Act 1/2/3 avoid this with their own scene01.md stubs — Misc Scenes was missing one, so new projects shipped it invisible. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
